Learning Outcomes
What will I learn?
When students graduate from the programme they will have the skills to confidently:
- Analyse a disciplinary matter from an ethical perspective to identify issues and advise on how the practitioner could have avoided the proceedings
- Reflect on actual examples from practice in relation to client expectations and whether they have been met and how the client service could have been improved
- Review the processes used to advise clients and how firm personnel were involved to ensure that clients were satisfied with the service provided
- Assess the practice management processes used and advise on any strengths and weaknesses
